"We were referred to two realtors by our lender, Veteran's United, with the promise of a discount on our loan if we used both. Lindsay has a valuable network of contacts including inspectors, loan brokers, repair companies, handymen and contractors which enabled us to quickly progress through a number of paths in parallel to hit our target closing date. When we started to get into uncharted areas Lindsay would do the research on the best companies to engage with and handle all of the interactions and coordination.
